Job Summary
Client Services Director role for an optical company in Rochester, NY. Responsible for developing, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with customers, eye-care professionals, corporate partners, government accounts, vendors, and other business partners. Serves as a strategic liaison between the company and its client base through direct customer engagement, marketing activities, open houses, information sessions, surveys, and customer feedback initiatives to improve communication, satisfaction, retention, and the company’s reputation. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Production, Billing, Shipping, Quality and other internal departments to support a consistent, professional customer experience, oversee the Customer Service Department, plan and execute cross-functional customer engagement programs, gather and analyze feedback, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Key duties include relationship management, customer outreach planning, development of customer-facing materials, coordination of cross-functional communication, and providing leadership with customer insights to support business planning and growth.
