Job Summary
Client Services Coordinator for Salvation Army Youth Services across Inner and Middle South Melbourne regions; oversees housing portfolio (including Yarrinup Mother Baby Program and Education Pathway Properties), supervises Specialist Children’s and Youth Brokerage roles, and supports expansion of medium-term accommodation. Reports to Program Manager, leads a team to deliver trauma-informed, client-first youth services aligned with the Journey to Independence Model and PIE framework; manages day-to-day operations of youth accommodation services, builds partnerships, and manages resources and budgets. Based in St Kilda, VIC; 0.4 FTE, fixed-term until July 2027; on-call roster; bachelor's-level qualification in relevant field required; driver’s licence and child-safety checks required.
