Job Summary
Client Services Coordinator in a fast-paced law firm environment focused on client intake, onboarding, and ongoing case support. Responsible for coordinating engagement agreements, enabling smooth client communication, and supporting case workflow using legal tech (e.g., Clio). Needs strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and excellent client-facing communication to ensure a high-quality client experience from inquiry through ongoing case support.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in a client services, legal assistant, intake, or customer success role (law firm experience is required)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using legal technology and CRMs (Clio experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset
