Job Summary
The Client Services Business Analyst will support AccessGenius, overseeing projects from inception to launch to ensure solutions meet client needs and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include implementing project plans, coordinating with Product Delivery and Client Services teams, developing content for MLR submissions, managing client communications, and executing application testing. The role necessitates a background in healthcare or business, relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, and familiarity with MLR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business
- 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals (ideally working for a Market Access Agency)
- Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs
- Working knowledge of Market Access
- Project Management Software, Figma or other design software
