Job Summary
Client Services Associate focused on asset management and front-office support: receiving, sorting, and classifying hardware assets; inspecting shipments; maintaining accurate asset records; secure storage; replenishing office supplies; supporting receptionist duties; light maintenance; data wiping for decommissioned devices; customer service via phone, email, or in-person; travel to assigned locations and occasional after-hours work. Requires High School Diploma (or equivalent), strong organizational and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, ability to manage inventories, and attention to detail. The role emphasizes asset-tracking, data integrity, and collaborative cross-functional support in a professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- 1+ years prior work experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- PC skills MS Office Suite experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems
