Job Summary
Client Services Associate supporting daily operational and client service tasks for senior team members, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities include producing and coordinating client materials, data, reporting, and follow-ups; updating investment reviews and client communications; supporting Go-to-Market teams; leveraging PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce (P8) for client reporting; assisting in department projects and maintaining the Business Continuity Plan; ensuring high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders with strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally. The role requires 3-5 years in asset management/financial services, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of client service experience in asset management or financial services preferred
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in financial services
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to coordinate department projects
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work with Salesforce and file management systems (P8)
- Strong judgment and decision-making capability
