Client Services Associate Project Manager

Job Summary
Associate Project Manager will assist senior Client Services peers through effective project management coordination and execution for North America clients from other geographies. Responsible for day-to-day project execution, translating client requirements into operational work requests, monitoring progress, providing clear direction to client and internal teams, handling intake data, troubleshooting client issues, managing Relativity items (DMX or Relativity), budgets and approvals, ensuring continuity of client service between shifts, driving client satisfaction through coordination and communication of deliverables, and participating in process-improvement initiatives to standardize and improve the customer experience. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in eDiscovery Client Services/Operations, strong Relativity experience, proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel/BI, and excellent communication and client-management skills. Flexible to work US hours from India night shifts and weekends as needed, with location in Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Law, or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery Client Services or eDiscovery Operations
- Willingness to work in US business hours (India night shift), with flexibility to work on weekends as required
- Hands-on experience with Relativity is mandatory
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and BI is highly desirable and an added advantage
- Demonstrated success in working on multiple simultaneous projects
- Oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a white glove approach to service
- Client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry trends
- Flexibility to work both night shift timings and occasionally on weekends
