Client Services Associate (part-time)

Provide prompt and accurate teller transactions, including cashing checks, deposits, and verifying customer balances. Balance currency, coin, and checks in the teller drawer at the end of each shift while maintaining appropriate cash levels. Open new accounts, perform file maintenance, and assist with stop payments, wire transfers, and online banking inquiries. Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to commercial lending or treasury management. Answer phone calls and emails, resolve account disputes, and safeguard customer information in compliance with regulatory requirements. Part-time role with hourly compensation of $16.54 to $22.67. Requires high school diploma or GED and six to twelve months of bank teller experience.
