Job Summary
Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through centralized technology and collaborate with production teams to assess scope, produce cost and timeline estimates, and initiate project work with detailed budgets and instructions. Monitor project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and serve as the central point of contact between external clients and internal staff. Address client complaints, troubleshoot problem projects, and creatively solve issues to set and fulfill client expectations while complying with ISO regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, customer service experience, and strong communication skills, with a focus on language services and technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take active measures to solve problems
- Commit to a high level of service
- Effective time management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
