Job Summary
Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through centralized technology and collaborate with the production team to assess scope, produce cost and timeline estimates, and initiate project work with detailed budgets and instructions. Monitor project progress to ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, address potential roadblocks before submission, and serve as the central liaison between external clients and internal staff. Investigate and resolve client complaints, creatively problem-solve to alleviate issues, and ensure compliance with all ISO regulations and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take active measures to solve problems
- Commit to a high level of service
- Effective time management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources a plus
- Strong MS Office/computer skills
- Knowledge of a second language
- Fluency in a foreign language
