Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service to all incoming client queries, collaborating with Front Office to enable electronic client dealings, maintaining onboarding queues to meet SLAs, and promptly identifying/remediating client issues across Front/Middle/Back/Client teams. Strong emphasis on clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex system processes in a high-volume FX trading environment. Knowledge of Foreign Exchange and commodities is a plus; vendor-system exposure and the ability to question risk in processing requests are valued. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
