Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Lead concurrent research portfolios, coordinate stakeholder interactions, and proactively escalate risks to drive momentum. Provide regular client updates, conduct quality checks on expert submissions, and schedule cross-timezone consultations. Partner with internal operations teams to address inquiries and maintain accurate internal system updates. Develop competitive landscape awareness and adhere to strict information security and data privacy regulations. Work remotely 9AM–6PM CST with performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in client services, account management, project management, consulting support, or a related client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in China
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, or other regional languages
- Prior internship or work experience in a client-facing or fast-paced professional environment
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently in a dynamic environment
