Job Summary
Client Services Associate supporting a global insights and research firm with international presence. Responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish, identifying and engaging senior industry professionals through research and outbound outreach, conducting high-volume phone conversations to build relationships across sectors, handling multiple projects concurrently to meet tight deadlines, developing knowledge of industries, markets, business models, and regulatory environments, and promoting additional research and insight solutions to existing clients where relevant. Requirements include business fluency in German (C1+), strong communication and interpersonal skills, motivation and commercial mindset, resilience in a target-driven environment, and demonstrated leadership or internship experience.
