Job Summary
Perform patient intake and coordinate with prescribers to obtain required documentation for medical orders. Collaborate with the Client Services Team to streamline order processing workflows and ensure accurate, timely documentation of medical necessity information. Request and review pertinent medical records from physician offices while maintaining clear communication with internal team members to resolve issues. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment using EMR systems, with a preference for DME experience and knowledge of insurance guidelines. Work full-time, Monday through Friday in an in-office setting, supporting patient care and operational excellence through ongoing training and alignment with company mission goals.
