Job Summary

Duties include answering multi-line phones, client intake, data entry, scheduling, ensuring accurate documentation, communicating with therapists and center leadership, and generating basic reports. Requires a high school diploma or GED and two years of general office experience; bilingual preferred but not required. Location-specific responsibilities include in-person client onboarding and cash handling with occasional movement of materials; hours align with clinic schedule and may involve interactions with insured and sliding-fee-scale processes.
