Job Summary
Client Services & Insurance Specialist provide trusted member support across service channels, assist with insurance quotes, applications, policy servicing, renewals, and follow-up, and help connect members with appropriate insurance products. The role emphasizes relationship-building with members, collaboration with insurance carriers and internal teams, accurate CRM/workflow management, and contributing to agency growth through education, events, and process improvements. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and experience with CRM and Microsoft 365 are essential; bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable. Licensing support is provided to pursue an insurance license as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, financial services, banking, or administrative support
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy
- Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and other technology tools
- Insurance agency, credit union, or financial institution experience preferred
- Active insurance license a plus, or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable
