Job Summary
Client Services Analyst at Valitana (Vesta platform) focusing on onboarding and managing specialty insurance and credit insurance workflows for institutional clients. Responsibilities include configuring and managing policy lifecycle processes, data migration and onboarding, tracking premium schedules and reconciliations, monitoring exposure and risk across portfolios, delivering responsive client support, building dashboards and Excel models, assisting with day-to-day platform usage to drive adoption, contributing to internal documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of client service processes. Requires 2–4+ years in related analytical roles, strong Excel skills, client-facing experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree; AI literacy is preferred. The role is based in Stamford, CT, with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri). Base salary range is $100,000–$120,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field preferred
- 2–4+ years of professional experience in specialty insurance, reinsurance, credit insurance, structured finance, financial operations, or related analytical role
- Client-facing experience in a consulting, client services, insurance operations, or relationship management capacity
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced data analysis functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- AI literacy preferred — comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, or client deliverables
