Job Summary
Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery for a book of Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities. Create technical report specifications from indenture language, set up payment calculations, and reconcile periodic collateral data. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports while coordinating with operations teams to verify correct payments. Perform quality control reviews of reports and conduct portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals. Interpret trust indentures regarding reporting requirements and lead business-related projects. Make tax elections, file for EINs, and track residual holder transfers. Work independently with minimal supervision, interacting frequently with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience or similar field
- High school diploma
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
