Client Services Analyst I

Job Summary
As a Client Services Analyst you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, manage both voice and non-voice communications during the US shift, and drive the end-to-end delivery of software-enabled solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements into BRDs, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications; facilitate workshops and gap analyses; prepare Statements of Work and impact assessments; coordinate with Product Management, Development, QA, and Infrastructure; collaborate with QA to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; track milestones and risks; and nurture strong client relationships while delivering high-quality implementation and post-production support in a B2B SaaS Life Insurance/Financial Services context.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Documentation skills
- Experience in client-facing support, stakeholder management, and relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with US-based clients
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in incident management, issue resolution, escalation handling, and product support
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Release Management processes
- Strong organizational, planning, multitasking, and project coordination capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
