Job Summary
Client Services Agent serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, providing accurate information on products/services, resolving complaints, investigating and escalating issues as needed, and maintaining organized records in the CRM. Collaborates across departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to meet client needs and contribute to process improvements. Ensures policy adherence and quality standards (ISO, FDA) throughout interactions. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of DHL, FedEx, and UPS systems, along with distribution/loaner set operations, is relevant to the role. Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent.
