Job Summary
Provide program coordination and administrative support for healthcare clients; manage client interactions via phone/email, schedule services, enter requests for new services, handle inquiries and complaints, assign cases, perform client satisfaction calls, and maintain client records. Requires EMR experience (eClinical Works or similar), healthcare or behavioral healthcare background, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and adherence to policies. Onsite Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm. Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. This is a temp-to-hire role with compensation starting at $18/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least a year of relevant experience
- eClinical Works or similar EMR experience is required
- Must have experience in an office setting
- Medical scheduling experience is required
- Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience is required
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Ability to multitask
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole preferred
