Job Summary
Client Services Administrator Intern at Neuropath Healthcare Solutions, focused on building and maintaining an online presence and supporting client communications. Responsibilities include implementing online marketing strategies via social media, developing original content to attract customers, and increasing web traffic and customer engagement in alignment with broader marketing strategies. The internship requires current students or recent graduates, office presence in Union, NJ, and a background check; the program offers a flexible schedule with a preferred five days per week and is unpaid for an initial six-month term, with potential progression depending on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Current college student, or recent graduate
- Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
- Experience in medical scheduling
- Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience
- eClinical Works or similar EMR experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Office setting experience
- Ability to commute to Union, NJ
