Job Summary
Oversee client portfolios for aviation and structured finance entities, managing 30-50 SPVs as the primary point of contact for operations and technical accounting. Conduct detailed reviews of offshore deliverables, prepare periodic management accounts, and draft board papers while liaising with auditors and tax advisors to ensure statutory compliance. Coordinate new entity on-boarding, extract data from transaction documents, and provide guidance on regulatory obligations such as EMIR and CRS. Manage business development opportunities and mentor team members within the Dublin/Maynooth/Cork office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years industry experience
- Qualified Accountant
- Expert knowledge of IFRS
- Expert knowledge of Irish GAAP
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to take full ownership of client portfolio
- Ability to work effectively in fast paced, complex and dynamic work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
