Job Summary
Collect comprehensive trip details for private charter and scheduled flights, including passenger information, passport data, and special requests. Coordinate logistics such as catering, ground transportation, and confirm day-prior itineraries to clients. Act as the liaison between the Dispatch team and charter clients to provide accurate updates, monitor operational issues, and execute service recovery. Follow up post-trip to create reports and resolve outstanding payment issues with the Finance team. Proactively engage with Goodspeed and VIP clients to ensure satisfaction while providing Owner Services coverage when necessary. Liaise with ground concierge teams and handle initial escalations for trip issues. Requires 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel or aviation, proficiency in CRM systems, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales within luxury travel, aviation, or hospitality industries
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners
- Strong understanding of private aviation operations, charter sales, and client logistics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, service-oriented demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative and proactive team player with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client travel schedules
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at times
Desired Qualifications
- experience in Part 135 or similar aviation environments a plus
- experience with aviation booking platforms preferred
