Client Service Technician

Job Summary
Handle, receive, and input client samples into LIMS; facilitate expedient release of samples to Operations for analysis; monitor sample submission and identify new matrices or testing profiles; maintain records of all sample handling and data input; identify sample discrepancies and communicate them; provide client COAs or partial COAs as required; receive supply shipments and log inaccuracies; maintain and track sample retain; retrieve, log, and record sample retests; verify receipt and shipping of brokered samples and complete required documentation; ensure the Quality Management System is maintained per ISO 17025 standards; requires a high school degree and 0-2 years' related experience; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Effective problem prevention and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
