Job Summary
Supervises a team of client service specialists; directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly; trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures; creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues; provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues; on-site in Buckeye, AZ (US) for a full-time role with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 7+ years of industry experience, and 5+ years of supervisory experience. Certifications may be required in some areas. Required Qualifications
