Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Service Supervisor to lead our Client Services team at Liberty Software. This position will involve supervising day-to-day activities, mentoring team members, and managing performance while ensuring outstanding client support and resolving escalated issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including a strong background in pharmacy operations or account management
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a client-facing or support environment
