Job Summary
Client Service Specialist handles orders, client inquiries, invoice questions, and complaints; resolves issues with orders and delivery dates; determines causes of problems and explains best solutions, expediting corrections and following up to ensure resolution. Requires client service skills, quality focus, problem solving, listening, documentation, and multi-tasking; freight forwarding knowledge; physically able to sit or stand as needed. Education: High School Diploma or GED; 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead. Eligible for benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, and potential commissions. Weekend night shift (6pm–6am) in Dallas, TX.
