Job Summary
Greet clients and handle all counter and telephone enquiries, including booking appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports. Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting while assisting clinicians by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aid usage. Liaise extensively with diverse client groups, including children, adults with complex needs, and those from multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. Cover reception duties and support Albury on occasion for this permanent, full-time onsite role.
Required Qualifications
- willing to have a Police Check conducted
- current driver's licence
- must have rights to work in Australia
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy
- some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and or android applications)
