Job Summary
Client Service Specialist role supporting a select group of IRIS/Topcon Healthcare clients. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers via IRIS’ automated onboarding system, coordinating with Customer Support to resolve technical issues, analyzing client data to generate actionable insights, delivering training and education on standard functionality, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing feedback to product teams to shape tooling for customers. Requires strong written and verbal communication, highly organized, capable of influencing diverse stakeholder groups, and the ability to learn quickly in a healthcare technology environment. Associate’s degree or related experience and 3+ years of customer service experience are preferred. The role is full-time with competitive compensation and benefits, including a base salary range of $75,000–$95,000 plus a 5% annual bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.
