Job Summary
Deliver high-value, end-to-end client service for Private Wealth Management clients as a Senior Client Service Specialist. Serve as main client contact, manage day-to-day client transactions (money movements, disbursements, receipts/deposits), onboard new clients in Total Wealth and eMoney, maintain Salesforce CRM records, and ensure exemplary service and adherence to controls. Mentor other client service associates, escalate time-sensitive inquiries, collaborate with other functions to resolve complex client issues, prepare prospect and marketing materials, and support event planning. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in financial services with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; experience with Wealthscape, eMoney, and onboarding processes is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services
- Demonstrated client service experience within wealth management (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Systems thinking and complex problem solving
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of onboarding requirements and cash management
