Job Summary
Client Service Specialist serves as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems; coordinates service requests and communicates status to clients and internal teams; investigates and resolves client concerns, escalates as needed; maintains accurate records of interactions, orders, and resolutions; enters customer orders promptly; communicates with customers to confirm details, scheduling, and operational questions; supports client onboarding and account updates with proper documentation and data accuracy; collaborates with operations, warehouse, and billing to meet client needs; identifies opportunities to improve client satisfaction and reports feedback to leadership; assists with reporting and administrative tasks related to client service operations; manages order entry and fulfillment processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer service or client support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or customer service software
- Experience with Floor Pro or Schedule Express is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
- Background check required
