Client Service Specialist

Provide customer service to all accounts by responding to phone calls, faxes, and letters while maintaining satisfaction through prompt replies. Evaluate purchase orders and releases for delivery date compliance during contract reviews, then proactively advise customers of changes to original commitments and follow up until completion. Participate on improvement teams as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
