Job Summary
As the Client Service Specialist, you will assist with the set-up of employer group benefits plans and day-to-day administrative duties for the Employee Benefits Department. Your responsibilities include communicating with Clients, Employees and Carriers; providing customer service support to Consultants, Clients, and Employees; attending Client meetings; drafting Employee communications; preparing market specifications, quotations, and reports; conducting Employee meetings and presentations in person and/or virtual; creating Client and/or Employee presentations; reviewing contracts, booklets, and amendments; preparing benefit costing alternatives and cost share analysis; providing benefit solutions and alternatives to consultants; peer reviewing team members’ work; and contributing to a full-time role based in Saskatoon or Winnipeg.
Required Qualifications
- Life insurance license (LLQP) or working towards
