Client Service Specialist -Customer Fronting

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for responding to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and handling client complaints. Key responsibilities include resolving issues with orders, determining the cause of client complaints, selecting and explaining the best solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
