Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates on shipment status and addressing inquiries. Oversee the shipment lifecycle from booking to delivery, ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate and complies with regulations. Liaise with carriers and internal teams for timely dispatch, manage problem resolution during transit, and maintain accurate client and shipment records. Generate reports on freight activities and ensure adherence to shipping regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or operational role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Proven experience handling shipping documentation and understanding freight forwarding operations
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive problem solver with a customer-first attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with enterprise communication and CRM tools
