Job Summary
The Client Service Specialist executes administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing, including processing policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining accurate account records. Responsibilities include handling endorsements, entering and rating policies on carrier websites, issuing standard certificates of insurance, monitoring payment status to prevent cancellations, tracking claims, auditing, ordering motor vehicle reports and loss runs, reviewing mail, and providing backup support for office communication. Works to support client experience and internal compliance, leveraging innovative technology to deliver a best-in-class service, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty License from state of domicile may be required within 90 days of hire and must be maintained thereafter
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of commercial lines of coverage and insurance markets preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; may be required depending on location
- Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office Suite
