Job Summary
Prepare, quality-check, and track new account paperwork, transfers, and service requests including address updates, RMD setups, and distributions. Promptly resolve "not-in-good-order" (NIGO) paperwork to prevent delays and serve as the warm, responsive first contact for routine client questions and updates. Coordinate review meetings, build meeting packets, and handle post-meeting follow-ups while maintaining accurate CRM data in HubSpot aligned with compliance standards. Work within a pod system supporting Client Service Associates and Lead Planners, with a structured rotation designed to fast-track advancement into a future Client Service Associate role.
