Job Summary
Answers and directs incoming telephone calls related to account services, online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking. Provides online client service through a live chat support system and responds to email inquiries; processes online banking applications and related services; maintains appropriate client care center records. Requires strong problem solving, troubleshooting, multitasking, and effective communication in a team-oriented environment. Preferred bilingual English/ Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Schedule may fall outside standard hours. Full-time role based in Los Angeles, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
