Client Service Specialist- Burnie

Job Summary

Greet clients, manage counter and telephone enquiries, and handle general administration including booking appointments, processing claims, and data entry. Liaise extensively with diverse client groups, perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting, and assist clinicians by identifying needs and demonstrating device usage. Cover reception duties and undertake monthly reporting while supporting Devonport hearing centre operations as required. This role empowers clients of all backgrounds through professional advice and exceptional service within Australia's largest provider of government-funded hearing care.

Required Qualifications

  • current driver's licence
  • must have rights to work in Australia
  • willing to have a Police Check conducted

  • Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and or android applications)
