Job Summary
Client Service Specialist in Utah (hybrid role) responsible for delivering world-class customer service to BambooHR clients via phone, email, and chat. You will help clients with hiring, performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant-tracking, guiding them through BambooHR products, navigating information to core issues, and contributing to upselling and client retention. The role requires strong problem-solving, quick learning of product features, collaboration within a team, and the ability to work a schedule from 9 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday with in-office training and ongoing in-office days. The position emphasizes proactive, independent work within a supportive team and a culture focused on customer success and HR software excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience
- excellent interpersonal communication with clients and coworkers
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong written and verbal English communication (40+ words per minute)
- ability to breakdown complex problems and explain clearly
- dedicated at-home workspace with reliable internet for remote portions
- availability for in-office training (~2 weeks) and in-office days (at least 3 days/week)
