Job Summary
Primary point of contact for high-value client groups and financial advisors, delivering exceptional service while managing end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance. Proactively resolve payroll issues, conduct detailed audits, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless, white-glove service. Demonstrates strong learning agility to navigate various billing cycles and file formats, analyzes large data sets with extreme attention to detail to ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and communicates effectively across Corebridge Financial departments. Ability to set up a home office and work remotely with minimal supervision; supports a hybrid work arrangement with an Amarillo, TX office, and remote options. Tools and equipment are provided. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, data integrity, and timely transaction processing in a structured team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formatting)
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Structured fast-paced team environment experience
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Self-motivation and dependability
