Job Summary
Senior Client Service Associate for Commercial Bank clients, serving as the primary point of contact to manage a portfolio and resolve client requests. Lead medium to complex client engagements, develop long-term relationships, conduct relationship reviews to identify fraud exposure, and propose appropriate products to enhance service and efficiency. Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers across the United States and globally; participate in deal teams, influence internal partners, and support client consultations with evolving technologies. Leverage digital tools to offer self-service solutions and collect client feedback to adapt offerings. Requirements include 3+ years of client-facing work, BS in Science or Business Administration, expertise in Treasury Services or Custom Card products, data analytics and change management skills, and proficiency in Google G Suite/Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10% and note that the role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of client facing work experience
- Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree
- Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products
- Data Analytics & Change Management experience
- Google G suites / Microsoft Office adept
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills
