Job Summary
Manage and resolve client requests related to complex treasury and cash management products to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Analyze client service processes to identify gaps and apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and resilience of the operating platform. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes, adjusting approach by needs. Utilize data and technology literacy to understand and implement new technologies that improve business operations and client service. Lead project lifecycle activities and provide updates to sponsors and impacted parties. Develop proficiency in data and tech literacy and drive improvements that strengthen client experience through continuous improvement and effective change management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of practical experience in financial services, specialized in treasury and cash management products and services
- ability to analyze and improve processes using continuous improvement techniques
- experience managing projects and leading aspects of the project lifecycle
- ability to leverage data and technology literacy to understand and implement new technologies for business operations
- experience in change management, strategic communications, influencing stakeholders, and mitigating impact
- strong client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- mentoring and developing team members to enhance service delivery
- ability to plan and organize work, potentially leading a small team
- experience in driving improvements that enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
