Job Summary
Deliver best-in-class client experience by providing information on bank products, opening new accounts, cross-selling services, and handling teller transactions. Greet clients in person and by phone/email; provide accurate information about bank services, policies and procedures; process transactions including loan payments, transfers, and address changes; perform all duties of a Teller with a focus on accuracy and customer service. Identify referral opportunities to contribute to branch goals; partner with other lines of business (Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Merchant Services, Treasury Management); adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements (including BSA/AML); learn and adapt to changing digital channels; perform other duties as assigned; maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One (1) or more years of experience in a client service and/or a cross-trained teller position
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
- Flexible, able to adapt to change
