Client Service Representative Western Trails Veterinary Hospital

Lead practice opening and closing procedures, manage reception and telephone inquiries, and ensure all public areas remain clean and presentable for patients. Process cash, checks, and credit payments; schedule appointments adhering to doctor preferences; update client and patient files; and prepare correspondence and reminder notices. Handle emergency situations with care, present medications and take-home items, and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction. Perform daily business oversight, conduct re-calls from callback lists, and execute regular computer system backups. Work on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous veterinary experience and client satisfaction references are preferred.
