Job Summary
Greet visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, and process client check-ins and check-outs while reviewing invoices. Schedule appointments based on client expectations and clinic needs, handle walk-ins and emergency situations, and respond to online requests for products or prescriptions. Document financial transactions accurately, maintain cleanliness in lobby and exam areas, and recommend available products to clients. Assist owners with pet management to minimize stress and communicate visit expectations effectively. This role requires a high school diploma, two years of customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30 pounds.
