Job Summary
Front-desk Client Service Representative at VCA Mountainview Animal Hospital: greet clients and visitors, answer phones, guide pets and clients to exam rooms, schedule and confirm appointments, perform outbound follow-ups, explain and collect payments, recommend products and services (including prescriptions), and manage medical records and correspondence. Role supports an adaptable CSR team with growth and promotions potential; requires customer-service experience, strong communication skills, compassion for people and pets, problem-solving ability, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. The pay range is $16-$17 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of proven past experience helping customers
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills

- Proven decision-making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action
- Ability to integrate new information into problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
