Job Summary
Client Services Representative Trainee responsible for processing orders, scheduling incoming orders, sending quotes/drawings/receipts, and handling administrative and sales-related client relations tasks to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include creating and processing orders, providing professional communication, identifying potential issues in the sales process, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking with prioritization, communicating inventory statuses, delivering customer service via phone/email/fax, following up with clients after orders, handling inquiries, monitoring online reviews, managing the reception area, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; cabinet fabrication experience is preferred but not required. This position is described as a contract role with an at-will relationship.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related client service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Understanding of basic software systems and products
- Proven communication skills
