Join The Medicare Family as a Client Service Representative, assisting clients with their Medicare needs, answering questions, and providing exceptional service. Requires 2-3 years of customer service experience, office skills, and the ability to work in-office during standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years office or customer service experience
- Stable job history that demonstrates commitment and longevity
- Microsoft office skills
- Clear criminal background and credit history
- Willing to study for and pass insurance licensing exam
- Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays during Medicare open enrollment
- Ability to work standard business hours in the office.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with HubSpot is a plus.
- Personal integrity and dedication to client's needs.
- Ability to stay cheerful and friendly during long hours on the phone.
Additional Requirements
- Must work in-office, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
